You can download My Healthy App from the Play Store on your smartphone if you have Android or from the App Store on your smartphone if you have iOS. Just enter the name of the app “My Healthy App” and you will be able to download it easily.
Yes, once you have downloaded My Healthy App, you will need to register by clicking on “Register” and entering all the required personal information necessary to complete the registration correctly.
You should be careful when entering your sponsor code, as it must be the same as the one associated with your personal Swag account.
If you enter a sponsor code different from the one you have on Swag, My Healthy App will not consider it and will still assign you the sponsor code already associated with your tax code on Swag.
To use and make the most of My Healthy App in all its features, you will need to purchase the My Healthy App subscription, which costs 4.99 euros plus VAT and will be automatically renewed every 30 days.
The My Healthy App subscription is necessary to access all the features of the My Healthy App: monitoring biometric data collected from your Healthy Ring and accumulating Healthy points.
The My Healthy app subscription can be purchased like all Swag products, directly on the official online Store page, which is also accessible through this link.
You will need to access the personal area of your account, where you will see the details and the status of your My Healthy app subscription directly in the section called “My Healthy app Subscription.”
The details of the initial purchase and subsequent renewals will be visible.
Certainly, you can cancel your My Healthy app subscription at any time, thus avoiding the automatic renewal.
To cancel, you will need to send a request via email to the customer support team, who will deactivate the automatic renewal, and your My Healthy app subscription will remain active until the next automatic renewal, which will not occur in this case.
If you enter the wrong password three times when trying to log into My Healthy App, your account will be temporarily locked for ten minutes. After ten minutes, you can try to log in again by entering the correct password.
If you don’t remember your password, click on Forgot password and follow the procedure to set a new one.
First, you need to have your Healthy Ring connected to your My Healthy App, and at that point, you will be able to make the most of all the features of My Healthy App.

Within My Healthy App, on your user profile, you can select the option “Delete account.” By confirming your choice, your account will be deleted, and you will lose access to your data and the exclusive benefits offered by My Healthy App. My Healthy App will no longer automatically have any of your data.

During your first access after registering in My Healthy App, you will automatically be prompted to connect your Healthy Ring, and you can do so by simply following the instructions that appear on the screen at that moment.
However, if you want to connect your Healthy Ring later or connect a new Healthy Ring, you can easily do this from the settings in My Healthy App.
The Sleep Index is based on several values: hours of sleep, hours of deep sleep, and hours of REM sleep. These values are used to calculate the overall index that we call the Sleep Index. You can easily find the Sleep Index on the homepage of My Healthy App.

Don’t worry if you fail a mission that you have previously activated because you can easily reactivate it in the missions section, and therefore you will not receive any disadvantage or penalty for not completing a mission.
If you complete a mission that you have previously activated in the missions section, you will receive a bonus in Healthy Points, which you can subsequently view in the dedicated section.
Healthy Points are points that you can earn through activities performed in My Healthy App. In the future, you will be able to use the Healthy Points you have earned to receive $HLT tokens in exchange.
The data collected by your Healthy Ring is automatically synchronized every 30 minutes with My Healthy App, allowing you to easily view the history of your collected data within the My Personal Healthy section.
Healthy Ring and My Healthy App are not medical devices. The data collected this way is to be considered reference data and cannot be used for diagnosis and treatments.
